Description

Turning and milling machining

Our production is based on high-precision machining – turning and milling – using modern CNC machines and rigorous quality control. Thanks to top-notch equipment and an experienced team, we ensure the processing of even the most demanding parts with maximum accuracy and repeatability.

Our workplace is equipped with modern equipment for precise cutting of both metallic and non-metallic materials. We use laser, plasma and water technologies that enable 2D and 3D cutting with high precision.

Surface treatment and deburring

To ensure a high-quality final appearance and functionality of the parts, we perform professional surface treatment and deburring. We use DM 1100CZ wide belt grinders from NS Máquinas, which are designed to effectively remove burrs, smooth sharp edges and improve the surface quality of steel and stainless steel materials.

Bending

Material cutting – CNC band saw

Precise and efficient cutting of metal profiles, bars and blocks is ensured using the EVERSING S-6235AH CNC band saw – an ideal solution for both piece and series production.

Laser welding

We use the Maxphotonics X1w-1500 handheld laser welding system to precisely and quickly join metal materials. This modern technology enables high-quality welds with minimal thermal impact on the material.
